Elkhorn Estate is a true one-of-a-kind home. Spanning 9000 sf, this estate has been the top luxury rental in Sun Valley for years. With seven bedrooms (six with king beds), a fully equipped bunk room, Frette linens and every luxury amenity imaginable, the estate is set in complete privacy while still being only minutes from the ski mountain and town. The home includes a great room with 30ʻ tall stone fireplace, large dining area and spectacular views of Bald Mountain. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with triple ovens, dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers, wine refrigerator, ice maker, warming drawer and a secondary Butlerʻs kitchen. Recreational amenities include an eight-person steam room, plunge pool, hot tub, Peloton bike, yoga area, Playstation, XBox, poker table, ping pong table and more. The finest technology is integrated into the house, including 4k TVs, Sonos speakers, wireless printer, Dyson hair dryers and a commercial boot and glove dryer.

Had a great trip with extended family for a monumental birthday - home was amazing and very comfortable. Linens and beds were amazing, towels and robes were soft, bath products smelled great, and the kitchen was a dream to cook in!

Everything stood out. Host was there to meet our party. We did have a problem with the hot tub, but it was fixed right away. Excellent accommodations. Would definitely recommend to others.

Stunning beautiful property

Booked this for my Boss and his family and friends for a milestone birthday celebration. They had a fantastic stay and are still talking about how incredible it was! The property had all of the necessary amenities and well exceeded their expectations. The property manager was fantastic to work with and met them upon arrival for a guided tour and turtorial of property usage. Easy to book and owner was exceptional and responsive.

One of a Kind SV Trip

This house is like nothing we have stayed in before. The privacy, views, and size of the home was exactly what we were looking for. It is great set up for ski season and summer and we plan on coming back often. We also want to give a shout out to Brandon with Abode Sun Valley for always being available and so professional.

One of a Kind House!

We loved staying here. The views are incredible and the open space behind the home made for a beautiful setting. It was awesome to have the proximity to town and the slopes, but still able to have so much privacy and scenery in every direction. We hopefully can make it back sometime in the summer as and take advantage of all the outdoor space. Abode was easy to work with as well with a smooth check in and always quick to get back with any questions we had during our stay.

Spacious and Convenient

Elkhorn Estate is a stunning home that feels very well built. The home feels as though it was built to a higher standard than the more contemporary builds in the area. Although it isn't right in town or on the ski hill the drive to and from Ketchum is easy and beautiful. Abode was responsive, helpful, and very easy to work with. We can't wait to stay here next year and to make this an annual trip!
