Management was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again!

Wonderful Family Galena Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect, large home for a family gathering! Great front porch for coffee, bedrooms with baths ideal, large dining areas (inside and out) to fit our entire crew and a lovely fire pit gathering space to end each evening. Didn't even get to use the hot tub- but there if you need it. Owners Center is fantastic and we loved the entire stay!

Pros: big house with lots of space. Pretty location. Cons: very worn out house. Terrible lighting with 2 bedrooms having no lamps at all, just the fan light. Balcony furniture was awful, the tables were literally falling apart and unusable. You need to bring everything, right down to salt & pepper. Wouldn’t rent again.

The house was great except the downstairs was freezing. I reached out to the management company but did not receive a response that truly fixed the situation.

Glad our guests enjoyed their stay!! We did try to explain that there is only one furnace and AC at this home. If it’s too cold or too hot the only way to control the interior temperature is to adjust the thermostat and open or close the vents on the desired floor.

Beautiful home, lots of room. Hot Tub great. Overall house met my needs, however, kitchen table in need of repair, coffee makers did not work well at all. Kitchen faucets and towel bars loose, lady bugs everywhere upstairs, limited glassware. Would def rent again but hoping these items would be addressed.
