**This unit provides a free beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella for every day during the 2025 season, March 1 - October 31**

Unit 3064 is a two bedroom, two bath unit which was just remodeled and has all the comforts of home. Unit 3064 has a king in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest bedroom. The large open kitchen allows the cook to enjoy what is going on and the view from the main sliding doors that lead out to the open balcony. If you want to enjoy a game or sporting event just turn on the large flat screen and cheer on your favorite team. From the balcony you can see the beach and enjoy the water view. A washer and dryer is in this unit for guests convenience.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Wonderful time

From the time we arrived to the moment we left , it was wonderful. Even though the towers were being renovated, we had the use of our balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely be back.

The beach was crowded and after you pay for chairs people who bring their own are allowed to set up right in front of you, other properties don't allowed that. Our unit had 5 burnt out light bulbs and the freezer had so much built up ice in it that it wouldn't close.

A little disappointed

The furniture is worn, and uncomfortable, other than the small power recliner. The mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, they are knotty and you roll towards the center when you lay down. The unit has been remodeled and is nice. There are no personal chairs or umbrellas allowed on the condos beach access, You have to rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service. I think they were $35 per day for two chairs and an umbrella. If you bring your own you have to go to the next door properties beach and set in the back BEHIND their tenants. There were a few small chairs and an umbrella in the unit available to use. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. (Approximately 100 yards). The beach service people are nice and will point you to where you are allowed to sit with your own chairs AND (they do strictly enforce it). They will also not allow seashell hunting on or near the dunes.

Reviewer Comments: My wife, 4 year old, 2 year old, and I stayed in this place and was immediatley impressed by the cleanliness and overall furniture/layout of this place. The view is great and the place was quite. The beds were comfortable and the master shower was amazing after a day at the beach. I enjoy cooking and usually bring my own cutlery but this kitchen was stocked with good utensils and enough plates, glasses, silverware, to have guests over. No need to bring any kitchen stuff beyond spices and papertowel.

Pristine Condo with Blue-Green View

Loved walking into this clean and updated condo! Kitchen was larger than expected and was well stocked. Main bathroom was roomy with double sinks and large shower. Enjoyed every morning on the balcony catching the sunrise, listening to the beautiful sounds of nature, and watching in awe at the blue-green bands of color of the nearby sea. I already miss this home away from home.

Fall break

The property was very nice. We would have preferred towers 1 or 2 over tower 3 which we were in due to their being closer to the beach, but didn't realize that when making the booking.
