Everything was as advertised. We have stayed at this resort 3 or 4 separate times previously in different condos each time. This one was the was the best overall experience to date. Very clean and well-laid out and a nice view of the ocean. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place overall - better ocean view than we expected - comfortable beds - great pools and beach - not super clean if you look in nooks and crannies but overall clean - well stocked kitchen with supplies but zero staples (oil, salt, pepper, tin foil, etc) - plan accordingly! - good location, close to plenty

I recently stayed at A607 during my vacation, and it was a great experience overall. The location was convenient, close to various attractions, dining options, and outdoor spots. Great stay

This unit was very clean and neat. The decor was beautiful and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels that were clean and soft. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Great Family Condo!

We loved our first stay at Waterscape! The pool area is definitely a hit with the kids & there is such a wide variety of options like the lazy river, the splash pad (which is located on the top tier — accessed from stairs or 2nd floor elevator if you’re carrying a wagon like we did), the zero entry pool, and the 2 hot tubs. It definitely came in handy with being on double red flags & high tide alerts during our stay. It wasn’t a vacation wasted which would’ve easily been the case without all of the pool options available to keep the kids entertained. We adults loved that we had the tiki bar for snacks, lunch & delicious drinks! The condo itself does have an ocean view & the condo is actually a lot bigger in person than the pictures reflect. The beds & couches were very comfortable which is definitely a plus while on vacation & very hard to come by. The kitchen came equipped with cooking utensils, plenty of cookware & had everything minus your preferred seasonings, food, and be sure to grab aluminum foil or tupper ware if you intend on having left overs 😊 we truly enjoyed our stay & the only difficulty we had was finding our way around the large resort. Totally our fault for being directionally challenged 😉 if you have kids, this is 100000% the place you need to be! If you go during season, be prepared to have a TON of fellow guests. This may make it a little hard to grab pool chairs, so plan accordingly! Host David & crew were a dream to work with!

Almost 5 Stars

Overall, we had a great stat in A607. The location was great, the partial ocean view was perfect and the condo is nicely decorated. It was well equipped for cooking in the room & the washer and dryer access were so convenient. A few things to note: The location is quite a walk from the parking garage. This was not an issue for us, but may be for someone with limited mobility. We were unable to get any of the bedroom or bathroom doors to lock which was a bit inconvenient for the adults expecting any type of privacy. The bathrooms have small shampoo bottles & plenty of towels, but there was no hairdryer.This wasn't a deal breaker, but I do wished I had've known so I could pack accordingly. We had young kids sharing the bunk room (8 and 5) and they cried and complained about how uncomfortable the mattresses were. They aren't normally complainers & have never had a problem sleeping on vacation, so I did check the mattresses out and agree they left much to be desired. Definitely would not recommend relying on this space for older kid/teens or adults. The second bedroom did not have a working remote which resulted in the older kids fighting over the living room TV at night. I'm sure I could have contacted someone about the remote, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Knowing all of this, we would still consider this rental for future vacations simply for the convenience, location and price point

Beautiful view

A607 has a beautiful view of the east and morning sunrises. This condo has lovely, tasteful coastal decor and comfortable furniture. The refrigerator worked but was noisy fearing it might stop working, also the washer and dryer were extremely loud and had to shut the utility doors while they were in use. Thankfully they held up. Overall a nice condo, though pricey.
