Hi! We’re Susan and Mason, and we’re parents of two young kids who are getting treatment at the Southern California Food Allergy Institute. We live most of the year in Seattle and travel frequently for our kids’ allergy treatment visits. We purchased this home to make our time in California fun and easy, and we’ve fallen in love with this Long Beach community!
Why they chose this property
Los Altos is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Long Beach and the property is walkable to parks, playground and restaurants. CSULB is a large university and makes a great jogging path from the property.
What makes this property unique
Sunny Los Altos is an excellent option for guests who want to visit both Disneyland and SoCal beaches. Disneyland and California Adventure Park are a 25 minute drive from the home and Seal Beach is a 10 minute drive away.
