Lovely Partial Oceanview Condo at Ocean Manor Resort

The Lovely Beachfront Condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a perfect home away from home. It is a six-floor, Partially Oceanview two-bedroom unit at the Ocean Manor Resort, featuring a fully enclosed balcony that seamlessly integrates with the internal space of the unit to create larger rooms. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and an open living room and dining room.
Two bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

The Ocean Manor Beach Front Condominium offers an oceanfront heated swimming pool, a Tiki bar, a restaurant, a Salon and Spa, a Real Estate Office, a lounge, a Coffee Shop, and Valet Parking.
Walking distance to the Galt Ocean Mile entertainment area and grocery shop. Rental.

This unit is not part of the Hotel Resort, so we do not offer daily housekeeping services.
We provide an initial supply: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, hand liquid soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen sponge, bar soap, and small laundry detergent.

It was nice, a few equipment missteps but nothing major. The beach was good, thank goodness they had chairs and an umbrella to use because the resort charges a lot for chairs. Wifi was decent but 2 of the tvs were unfunctional because they refused to connect to the internet.Overall a nice place and I'd recommend a friend to stay there.

The unit was perfect for our stay with no complaints. Owner accommodated us getting in earlier and allowed us to check in earlier. The hotel pool was dirty and guests did have to tell the hotel in order for it to be cleaned. Overall would stay here again. Tiki bar and staff were 10/10

Good stay

Was very clean and loved the tekkie bar and restaurant. Was disappointed there was not a balcony. Windows need to be cleaned. Had issues with TV, but overall was a great time.

Thank you for your stay. I'm sorry, but this unit does not have a balcony, and we do not advertise that we have one either. The windows are cleaned from the Hotel, due to be on the 6th floor. Some windows are not open windows either. TVs are only Satellite TVs. No cable sorry Sabrina

Loved every part of our stay. Sabrina was an awesome communicator answered all my text in a timely manor. The staff at the Resort was awesome the Tikki Bar was amazing food drinks and staff!! Ask for Big Mike and he was the best Manager on site at the Tilki Bar. Will be back!!!

Nice Property in Older Building

The condo is two combined hotel rooms, it has ocean views from the windows and the hotel that the condo is in is on the beach- so the location is great. The condo needs updating- shower body, bathtub faucets do not work, the bathroom and living room fans did not work, kitchen needs updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The remote control for the fan is been lost and that's why you couldn't turn it on. We ordered another one. We do not have fans in the bathroom, but the air sucker that we will repair sooner. Sabrina

Galt Mile Vacation

Rental was as advertised. Stay was good. Only concern was stroller access to and from building was nonexistent. Wheelchair / stroller access was out of order per outside attendant. Also extra fees for parking. This would be a great stay for adults but not so much for young kids.

Great Vacation

This condo was the perfect place for my family and I. It had a great space, perfect for 4 people. The mattress is comfortable, there is a large space in the closets, There was a starter pack of soap, dish soap, and paper towels which lasted our stay. There were also beach towels and a beach chair provided to use.The Tvs in doesn't have cable but Off Air Master Antenna Systems that was enough for us. The tiki bar downstairs was amazing and we ate at a Restaurant which had great Italian food. The beach and pool were fantastic. We highly recommend the condo!

I will start with the highlights of this property! Outside beach, pool, walking distance to restaurants etc. Very responsive to the dirty towels, non draining showers and faucet coming off. Inside doesn’t look like the pictures. Clearly the owners have multiple properties and need to visit this one. Worked for us as we just needed a place to sleep and shower. When we got the keys got an email windows wouldn’t be clean due to weather. However, everyone else in the condo had clean windows. Clearly they don’t want to pay the fee. Would not stay in this unit again.

Dear Mallory Thank you for your review. The Condominium/resort is responsible for cleaning the windows. This unit is located on the 6th floor, and only they can do that. Otherwise, it would be a liability for the Complex if someone else were to clean the windows. We do not have a terrace, and it would be very hard to do so and dangerous for our personnel. Regarding the towel, we checked carefully and found that all the towels did not have stains. However, you mentioned that you found one towel with stains, and we apologize for that. Such an incident is very rare. The pictures respect the property. I'm not sure what you were expecting, but we visit the property weekly, and I do not see any discrepancy between the photographs and the unit. The pictures were taken at the beginning of January, and nothing has changed since then. Regarding the shower not draining correctly, we sent the maintenance person right away and unclogged the shower the same day. After that, I did not receive any other issues with your stay. Needs Updates

Property was clean, easy to communicate with the property owner. Plenty of towels, loved the beach chairs that were there to use. A/C was GREAT! A few things this property needs. -not all TVs were smart TVs so we were unable to sign into our apps to watch TV -internet was super slow -no shelving in the bathrooms to put your stuff on, very little counter space -beds were uncomfortable, my husband and I would roll to the middle -I was told the bathroom fans didn’t work, but it would be nice to have something pull out the hot/damp air after a shower I know not everyone has the same taste but this space could use some current/modern decor. Overall our stay was great!

Thank you for your stay I am sorry this unit was not suitable for you. Regarding the Fan, It's not a fan. It was a heater that the hotel initially had and has been removed. The carcass remains, but there is nothing inside the hole. This Resort was built in 1953. At that time, they used to place it on the bathroom ceiling. The decor is like the pictures show. Sabrina
