Walk into this Large 5 bedroom, 3 full bath Pool Home on St. Augustine Beach. Three sets of French doors open up to this beautiful oversized heated pool (In winter months) and Pavillion with outside twinkling lights for conversing and relaxing after a day at the beach and downtown activities. A favorite by many that visit! We have a living room, family room, ping pong table, large room that comes off of the pool lanai, POOL, with outdoor shower, hot and cold, Fish cleaning table, two work stations, five large bedrooms and three completely remodeled beautiful bathrooms. Master bathroom has its own built in heater and towel warmer. Come join us for a time and home you will enjoy and remember! Inquire within about booking for parties.

Graduated college at University of South Florida and pursued a career in finances for a commercial construction company and then started my own company buying and selling real estate. I naturally went into remodeling and commercial brokering. This led me to want to make people happy and hence I decided to start my business hosting in the short term rental market. Why they chose this property
Anastasia Island/St. Augustine Beach area is where I have lived for several years. It is the most beautiful area in St. Augustine so of course this is where I wanted to purchase and start my adventure of short term rentals. This particular home is 1 mile from two beautiful beaches as well as two miles from downtown and over the bridge you are also in the hub of everything St. Augustine has to offer!!!

There is also bike rentals right down the road from this home. Perfect for biking to the beach. Take Pope Road and you are at the beach!
