Loved our stay! Unit was beautiful. Great ocean view. Feet from the beach with very nice snorkeling. Short walking distance to restaurants which were delicious. No complaints. We visited a lot of beaches. Our beach was our top beach.

The room was amazing and the location is perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better location. The snorkeling outside the room was great we even saw several groups of scuba divers go from the shoreline so I am sure it would be great for divers as well. Across the street at Villa Vis was some of the best seafood we had on the island. If you like to fish there is good fishing right by the room as well. The host was very pleasant and accommodating. We would recommend this room to others.

The property was gorgeous and literally right on the beach. I fell asleep to the sound of the blue blue ocean every night. The house was fully stocked with everything I could have ever wanted and needed. The views from the windows were breathtaking and spectacular.The host was absolutely the best and so helpful from the very beginning. I reached out to her multiple times with various questions and I always got immediate responses and paragraphs of important information not just regarding the condo but for restaurant and beach advice as well. I can’t say enough good things about my dream vacation in Curaçao, I went to scuba dive but got to experience so much more. It’s the worlds best kept secret as is the condo I was so fortunate to find. I truly thank the host for everything!

Caribbean Paradise

The location couldn’t be better - directly on the beach! The ocean waves are just a few meters from the balcony. The beach is perfect and usually completely vacant. Snorkeling is amazing right off the shore in shallow water. We saw a whole variety of fish, sea urchins, coral, eels, crabs, etc. There are three restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the gouda cheese balls from Brisa do Mar and the tuna from Villa Vis! You will definitely want to rent a car to explore the island. This apartment is near Jan Thiel with lots of shopping and amenities. The apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. There are three mini-split air conditioners that work well. Like most places, you have an energy allotment and will have to pay extra if you go over. We ran the master bedroom AC unit at 22 degrees for approximately 10 hours a day and were under the usage limit. Running both bedrooms all night would put you over the limit, but we didn’t use the bedroom with the twin beds (we were on our honeymoon!). This is a great value and much better than a large resort with rooms far from the beach. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending this VRBO to my friends and colleagues.

Thank you for your wonderful review. I would like to mention that 25 kilowatts a day is an absolutely sufficient amount of electricity. In order to overuse electricity, you need to set all the air conditioners to 18 degrees Celsius, open the windows and leave everything like that for the whole day. If you turn off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment, you will not have excess electricity consumption. None of our previous guests have ever overused electricity, most guests use less than 25 kilowatt per day. And most of the time guests and my family as well use three air conditioners. Thank you
