It’s literally a two minute walk to downtown Sebring quiet Neighbourhood. Nice view of the lake and sunset from the balcony. The home was very clean.We enjoyed our stay, great communication with the host. Looking forward to staying here again.

Love this property and location! Completely remodeled, claen and new, and a one-minute walk from Sebring's downtown circle. Charmaine even added decorations and even change the shower curtain with a Christmas theme. My new go-to when I am in town!

Perfect get away

Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the lake or pier. Evan shorter to get to circle for restaurants and shopping. Host is very friendly and is readily available. We will be back and know for sure where we will stay.

Nice little townhouse.

Property was great. Very newly updated and had great space for me and my three kids. Unfortunately the area that the property is located is not the best for people with kids as there is a huge population of homeless who caused problems when I was there. Which led to me and my children not feeling safe 100% of the time.

I am sorry you felt that way, we have Cameras around the entire building, We owned this building for over 10 years and never had any problems nor our guest and tenants. We are in The center of Downtown Sebring which is a very safe area.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

Newly renovated, clean, comfy, cute, conveniently located.Had a couple of minor technical problems on the first day due to my lack of familiarity with the municipal WiFi service and the streaming television, but Charmaine was responsive and patient, and got me straightened out right away. Customer service is the most important part of a business relationship and Charmaine excels in that area.

Love it!

Very cute place! The pictures are accurate, very clean, tidy, and has what u need. If we need to stay in Sebring again, will definitely hope this is available. The only downfall I could see is that it isn’t handicap accessible since bedrooms and showers are upstairs if u are needing that and maybe a curtain on the door.

Very nice cozy location next to downtown.

It was perfect. It felt like being at home when away from home. Streaming TV, never ending hot water heater, comfy bed, nice kitchen for eating in, and robust AC for the hot Florida temps. The prop manager even stocked some coffee and snacks for us. Also the location is a 2 minute walk from the downtown circle which has a couple of really good restaurants and only 3 minute drive to the grocery store. We will be back.

Pristine little gem, close to everything

Very well done 2 floor apartment. Bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, ½ bath, living, and kitchen downstairs. It is fresh, clean, and newly renovated. The location is perfect because you can walk a block to the main circle of Sebring, or walk across the street to start walking around the lake. We were super pleased with this wonderful little spot. As a race team, we will keep this bookmarked for future stays. Please note as an FYI, laundry facilities are on premises, not inside the apartment - but take 2 seconds to get to. The balcony off of the back bedroom is a lovely little plus!

Beautifully Renovated and Cozy Downtown Stay

This place is a diamond in the rough. It is literally a few hundred yards to everything in downtown Sebring. We walked to the pier to watch sunsets, on Saturdays there is a small farmer's market in the parking lot to the south, we had lunch on the circle and also did some shopping around there was well. The place has been renovated from top to bottom, literally everything is brand new. They have high quality and comfy sheets and towels. There is a Keurig machine and they even provided the coffee pods, creamer and sugar. The kitchen is fully stocked. The two black recliners in the living room have massagers built-in to them... it was so nice! The balcony has comfy chairs where you can unwind and see the lake and sunsets. They provided consumables such as trash bags, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The owners were very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again.
