Disappointed

We were disappointed because the pool wasn’t working. Orange vacations did put us into another condo. We were very grateful but unfortunately the pool heater didn’t work and we didn’t use the pool. Host did refund us our money for heating the pool but never fixed the problem. Windsor island is where we stayed and the main pool was very crowded and we had a hard time finding a chair and the drinks at the bar were very expensive. And you couldn’t t bring any outside drinks In. The condo was beautiful. And we are grateful for the change.
