This house is very clean and comfortable. The pool area is awesome. The beds are comfortable as well. We hardly haven't used the gaming room, as we mostly have been gone elsewhere or relaxed at the pool. The owner is very nice. We had a question and he replied very quickly, was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can highly recommend this accommodation!

This was my second time booking this home. We love it! Close to everything yet it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of all the tourist. Enjoy having a private pool and laundry. Will be back over and over if it’s not booked.

Thank you for the great place to stay! We found this place met our needs very well and appreciate that you were responsive and very easy to work with!Here are just a few items that we recommend for improvements, but still 5 stars from us!1. The alarm on the main pool door appeared to be non-operational. We have young kids so this is a safety issue that we were concerned with. This should either be fixed or a pool fence should be installed around the pool to be compliant with Florida pool safety laws. 2. We didn’t receive any notification from you on how to arrange for pool heating. Some properties I have worked with already include pool heating in the reservation and you didn’t ask us in advance so it was hard for me to know whether it was included. I would recommend including asking about pool heating in your initial instructions message to send out to renters. 3. I would recommend adding two bar stools to the bar in the kitchen area for some easy extra seating. 4. Since there was no automatic ice maker in the refrigerator, it would be nice to add some ice cube molds that could be used in the freezer. We Americans love our ice!Thank you again for offering your place! We had a wonderful time!

Honeymoon Stay

I enjoyed staying at this home very much. I appreciated the help of the homeowner during the stay. What a beautiful location and we really enjoyed the privacy of the pool as well. I highly recommend staying during the winter months!

Nice Home

The property was very nice and location was perfect. The cleaners could have done a little better but over all it’s a comfortable home and the price was good as well.
