This special home invites you, your family and friends to share a one-of-a-kind vacation amidst the wilderness beauty of Maine.
Savor coffee on the deck as the mist burns off the water in the warmth of the sun’s rays. Built in an era before setbacks from the shore were increased, the close proximity to the water's edge accentuates a feeling of openness and communication with the beauty and solitude of rural coastal Maine. Inside, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and walls of oversized windows and sliding glass doors capture stunning views and natural light. Relax and enjoy good company and conversation on the spacious oceanside deck. Observe vibrant sunsets and abundant Maine wildlife (seals, deer, eagles and a variety of bird species.)
Accommodating up to 4 comfortably, the Seaside Sanctuary features a vaulted master suite with private bath and a sitting area with sliding glass doors for a commanding view of ocean and islands. An additional bedroom and second full bath, along with a fully stocked kitchen make for a comfortable stay. Living room window seat with expansive views enhance the quaint charm of this unique home.
