Collect sea glass and shells, catch a sighting of a harbor seal, and watch sea gulls and bald eagles glide above the 250 meter wide deep water channel that separates you from bird sanctuary Roger's Island. Over the last 15 years, this beautiful, one of a kind property has prompted many of our world wide guests to share with us that it is the best view of any place they have rented or stayed at. You are nearly 100 feet above sea level at the top deck from which you have a wide, panoramic view of Johnson Bay and the many rough and craggy islands before you. On a clear day you can see 25 miles towards New Brunswick , Canada.. The sheer stillness and quiet of this private , pristine oasis awaits you. The sounds you hear are seagulls and the lapping of the waves against the rocky shore and even a distant fog horn. Here you will witness the twice daily rhythm of the 20 foot tides-the highest in the US. Bald eagles, loons and even seals can be seen from the house.

Quiet, serene, beautiful sun rises and sunsets, spectacular night time stars away from urban light pollution. Within walking distance of beautiful trails. 10 minute drive to world renowned West Quoddy Head State Park with its iconic lighthouse and stunning ocean and woodland trails.
