★ PLEASE NOTE! ★
This is the lower level of bi level house. Please be informed that certain areas of the property feature beams with relatively low heights. However, it is not necessary to impose a height restriction. Whilst the upper level is also a rental. There is no shared access unless you rented both the upper and lower level. Contact us for details to do so! Otherwise, there is a door between up and downstairs that remains locked from both sides.
NO SHOES. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside or on the patio of the property. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation.

NO mailing packages (RECEIVING OR SENDING)


NO excessive guests. Without approval, additional guests not on the reservation will be subject to a $50 fee per guest.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We love our neighbors and we hope you respect them. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Violation of noise ordinance and or tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund and will require immediate departure from the home. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500 and additional legal action if necessary.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour).
Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance with this request.

Late check out past 11AM is unavailable to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. If guest stays late, $30 fee per each additional hour will need to be charged.


Lost keys: $50

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $100
