Splendid apartment just finished tastefully renovated (March 2023). It is located in an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the SMN station, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and all the tourist attractions. On the fourth floor of a typical building in the area with lift. Entrance with living room and splendid fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, plates and glasses, pots, coffee machine, etc.), dining table for 6 guests and sofa. Two double bedrooms with king size mattress, bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. On the upper floor there is a study with desk, third bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, small terrace overlooking the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it particularly comfortable for a holiday in Florence.

I have stayed in Florence multiple times .. this place was my favorite.. a small space with everything ya need,, AC great 3 smallRooms .. elevator and close to all the iconic stops basilicas and shopping centers ..

Great location & experience

This VRBO was perfectly located for convenience to the train station and a relatively easy walk to anywhere else in town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was located a very short walk from SMN train station which made it easy to hop on the train for day trips to Venice, Bologna, Pisa etc. It was well appointed with all things necessary to feel we were at home. Comfortable beds, nice linens, detergent, body wash etc. Good grocery and pharmacy very close. Easy walk to all parts of the city. Also the bonus of a small rooftop patio to enjoy a coffee on a sunny morning! 5 stars!

Modern apartment

Everything about the place was excellent. Quick easy walk from the train station, loved the elevator for luggage and quick responses from the owner. Rooms were spacious, pocket map of the city was provided as well as water bottles for everyone. What a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment close to railway station

We loved this property. The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was close to the main railway station, tram stop, supermarkets and several restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Communication with the hosts was great. We would definitely recommend. It was everything we had hoped for.
