The beautiful Bella Vida beach home was home to HGTV star, Ty Pennington, during the filming of the 2022 Season of Battle On The Beach filmed in Surfside, Tx!

The home is a short 2 minute walk from the Pedestrian Beach. This newer built (2021) home is in the family friendly pedestrian only beach area. The owners have converted this beach HOUSE into a cozy beach HOME. Outside you can relax on either of the 2 balconies that both offer a scenic view of the beach. Bella Vida also has a ground level patio complete with a sitting area, swing, propane grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. A wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this well equipped retreat offers all the conveniences of home. The home is also equipped with Hi-Speed internet and all TV's are Smart. The home has a variety of board games, dominoes and cards for the days you want to stay inside. House has a whole house water filtration system and a RO filter in the kitchen. All linens, even beach towels, are provided.

Whether you are planning a family gathering or a fishing trip, this is the perfect location close to all the Surfside amenities. You will be only minutes from the half-mile long jetty that is perfect for fishing or just walking. The newly renovated Jetty Park has a playground, splash pad and nature trails. If you need to do some shopping you are only 15 minutes from major shopping areas, fine dining restaurants and H-E-B.

Father's Day with Blended Family

Loved the property. Beds were comfortable. Only thing we had a hard time with was the coffee pot/keurig. But it could have been us. Over all I would rent this property again.

Family vacation

Fantastic experience! Super clean, all modern conveniences, cute decor and excellent space downstairs with swing and outdoor seating. Plenty of living and bedroom space and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

The pictures do not give the location justice it was even better than pictured and the beach is just a few minutes walk. The owners were so nice, check in was super easy. 10/10
