Heater did not work for two nights. Slept in cold. Management only refunded us 5% of rental cost.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the heater issue during your stay—sleeping in the cold is understandably frustrating, and we regret the discomfort this caused. As soon as the issue was reported, our team provided portable heaters to ensure warmth while permanent repairs were arranged. Once the work was completed, we issued a refund totaling 15% for the two affected nights as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve both our response time and communication. While we’re sorry this impacted your experience, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the comfortable and seamless stay we strive for.
