Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

This gorgeous town home offers guests three levels with ample bedding for large groups and families. It features an amazing rooftop with beautiful views and a fireplace for those chillier nights.

As you walk into the home you will find your first guest bedroom with full bath and King size bed. The second floor has a beautiful open concept that features the living room, with a pull-out couch, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, powder room and second bedroom with a Queen size bed. On the third story you will find a master suite with a King-sized bed, full bath and two walk in closets. The last guest bedroom which houses a King-sized bed is located just down the hall with an attached full bath.

With 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 pull-out sofa beds, you will easily sleep a party of 12 in this spacious home! Modern bathroom finishes, with towels, soap, and shampoo and more provided by the host.

Guest access: You will have access to the entire town home and garage! Access will be easy with keyless entry doorways and a key-fob for opening the garage! (Initial entry into the garage is a wireless keypad with a code to open the garage door.)

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
