The area is surrounded by so many restaurants, shopping plazas, supermarkets, and a Mall ( Square one Mall).

Love our stay in Saugus

We went to Boston to our anniversary and Saugus is the perfect distance so you can sleep quietly but also close to Boston and Salem, we definitely want to go back.The apartment has everything and when I say everything, I mean it, clean kitchen, water, tv downstairs and upstairs, comfortable couch, hot water and plenty of space.Highly recommended!

Perfect location for Boston and Salem

This bottom level townhouse style apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. My only suggestion is to send the check-in/out instructions sooner than 1 hour before as I was told to contact the host by VRBO and had a mini panic but the hosts got back to me quickly and all was good.

Basement

Overall we had a nice stay. Only thing was it had a basement smell. Thought it an apartment! But it was a downstairs furnished basement. Owners live upstairs!

The pictures of the apartment clearly show that the living room is located on the basement but the Bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor. This is a split loft. The smell was from the Glade Air fresheners plugged to the walls. Some guests unplug them sometimes if they think it's too strong.

Just Like Being at Home

This is a roomy, cute lower-level apartment with washer & dryer. It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower faucet is very hard to turn on but there is plenty of water pressure and hot water. Lots of towels and bathroom necessities, i.e., body wash, shampoo, cotton swabs, toothbrushes and other things that might be forgotten. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The unit is in need of some sprucing up. The rod iron railing leading down the stairs to the unit is loose. The bedroom floor was sticky. The host was nice and I appreciated the food and water that he made available to me.
