Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. Centrally located for day-trips to Salem, the Cape, Maine, the White Mountains, and about a mile from the new Assembly Row complex with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping; and less than two miles from Encore Boston Harbor Casino.

We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! The surroundings were beautifully appointed and the setting exceptionally quiet! Will definitely make it a stop again should our travel warrant another visit to that area!

Such a beautiful house. We fell in love with it, it's laid out perfectly and has everything you need , just like your own home. The beds, and sofa, are so comfy. The house is full of little, and big, historical treasures, I loved hearing about where the pieces came from. There's parking! Entry instructions were easy and Mark's communication is brillliant. Hopefully you'll get the chance to meet him, he's fabulous. Highly recommended host and place to stay, well above expectations, had an amazing time there.

Our stay was wonderful, definitely a 5 star review. The beds with hotel style linens, the amazing kitchen with all the modern conveniences, the balcony off the kitchen was lovely, I could go on and on. One thing that made the stay special for me was the coffee and half and half available for our morning coffee. The owner, Mark, was just a phone call away if we needed anything which I really appreciated. Simply a great place to stay and would stay there again!

Absolute perfection! What a gem of a property with a great host to match. Everything you could possibly want and more. Mark had restored his home to a very high standard. I am a handyman and have spent the last eighteen years bringing this property back to it's original glory, while also bringing it into the 21st century with modern amenities. The apartment is a separate unit in my two-family home; I live in the other unit so I will be here if you need me. You will see me out and about painting and maintaining the home.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the up-and-coming Boston suburb of Malden. Malden boasts many wonderful restaurants with great ethnic diversity, a bustling town center which is walking distance which includes Boda Borg, tea shops, juice bars, and restaurants. Malden is less than three miles from the Boston City line, less than two miles from the Encore Boston Harbor Casino, and only two miles from Assembly Row which has many restaurants, a luxury theatre, and a game center. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Salem, the coast of Maine, or the Cape.
