We are conveniently located on the NW side of Tucson, placing us close to everything including Whole foods, Trader Joes, Tohono Chul, golf courses, and hiking trails. The University of Arizona and downtown is about 15-20mins. Our charming guesthouse has everything you’ll need. It's a private getaway with parking on site & a pool shared with the guests at the main house. We can’t wait to host you!

This comfortable fully-furnished studio provides a kitchen with full-size appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Kettle, and snacks. To help get your day started, coffee, snacks, and coffee drip to brew your cup of Joe.

Da Vinci Guesthouse has great Mountain views from the lot.

Pool & Patios are shared with main house guests. Enjoy having dinner under the stars.

POOL: Enjoy the UNHEATED Pool. Please be mindful that there will be guests in the main house as well.

PLEASE NOTE when deciding if our stay is a good fit for you:

NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ON ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY: This is very important to us, and we insist that you respect this rule. This isn't just a rental property for us- we come and stay often with our own family, and we have family members sensitive to smoke and strong smells. If you want to indulge in smoking or vaping, this is not the property for you! Breaking this rule will result in us asking you to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation.

NO PETS: Our family is allergic to cat & dog hair; this is extremely important to us. Breaking this rule will result in us asking you to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation.

NO PARTIES OR SPORTS TEAMS: We have a great relationship with our neighbors and want to keep it that way. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we will strictly enforce the rule to only have approved guests on the property. If you hope to have daytime visitors during your stay, it must be approved before you reserve.

PARKING: There is ample parking on the property, there is no covered parking. Guests typically park on the right side in front of the house.

BABY AMENITIES: We love little travelers! If you have a baby or toddler who requires a highchair or portable crib, please note they are available but must be requested ahead of time. Also, while we do provide child-friendly accommodations, our home is not child-proofed. Parents must supervise their children at all times.

THE DESERT: We love to roam through the desert on the property and hope you do too! However, please note that we do not manicure or maintain that portion of the property- it is truly a wild desert experience. You are likely to encounter snakes, coyotes, or other wildlife, so do not let children roam unsupervised.

SECURITY CAMERAS: For the safety of our guests and our property, we have working security cameras pointing to the front entrance and in the backyard. There are NO cameras in the guest house.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized. We also provide personal care and basic cleaning products. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle for AZ!

NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m.

ENTERTAINMENT: There are plenty of entertainment options available at your fingertips - TV, games, and more.

WASHER/DRYER: The washer and Dryer are for your use in the storage room just adjacent to the guesthouse.

Please note you are in the desert, there is wildlife, bugs, and sometimes dust storms! The views are amazing, we ask you to leave the doors closed whether you are inside or outside to leave the critters out.

The pool is serviced weekly.
