This coastal cottage house is a snowbird’s paradise at the Isles of Collier Preserve, just minutes from downtown Naples. Discount of 10% given when renting 75 days, 15% for three+ months. Single story w/attached two car garage. The 2bed/2bath home accommodates four comfortably. The master on-suite includes night stands, 55 inch tv, and dresser, and a king size bed (Sealy Posturepedic® Hybrid Ashurst 11" Firm Mattress with adjustable base). The 2nd bedroom includes 55inch tv, and Sealy Posturepedic® Hybrid Ashurst 11" Medium Mattress. We have a queen size air mattress available for use when grandkids visit. An expandable dining table will accommodate all your guests. Enjoy the cozy Love Sac or theater seats with four zero-gravity recliners and adjustable headrests while you stream your favorite movie on the 75-inch smart TV. You’ll access first-class community amenities with the resort-style pool and gym. Eat at the Overlook Bar & Grill before enjoying the sunset boat ride inside the community on the Cypress Waterway. Take your adventure outdoors on Trek bikes or walk miles on the scenic trails, play pickleball with our HEAD paddles, bocce, kayak, paddle board, or go to one of Naples's beautiful beaches with our beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
