Large Georgetown home on 2+ acres near Austin

Large, beautiful, country home near Austin and the Hill Country. There are hardwood and tile floors throughout the entire house. We have an enormous kitchen with all the luxury amenities, as well as a formal living room, a casual family room, and a music room with a 1903 Baby Grande piano. You can enjoy the amazing backyard on a private, quiet, 2 acre gated property with lots of trees. With 9 beds, sleeping up to 15, this home is perfect for large groups and extended families!

House Rules:
PETS: Two WELL BEHAVED dogs (30lbs or less) are welcome, but there is a $100 cleaning fee. Unfortunately, due to a severe cat allergy, cats are not allowed. Any damage will be billed back to the guest.

PARTIES: This is NOT a party house. No parties and no events. Absolutely no loud music inside or outside. No screaming, hollering, fireworks, firearms, cannons, etc. We love our neighbors, and we want them to love us too!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is limited to fifteen (15) people unless screened ahead of time. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last-minute weather issues, family emergencies, and travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will not entertain exceptions to the rule, so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) VRBO business.... last-minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests need to leave the house in the same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon check-in, please notify the owner via VRBO immediately.

While you are here, we will stay out of your way, but we will be a text or phone call away. We might be staying in a separate house on the property (separate entrance, exit) or at another location. No matter where we are, we are here to help if you have any questions.
