About this property

Beautiful Footbridge Beach - Cottage Rental, 5 min walk to beach

We are proud to offer our newly built (2025) rear cottage for weekly rentals mid May-mid October featuring 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bath (shower only), as well as both ceiling fans and/or full HVAC for climate control. Guests can enjoy a private patio and backyard area. Another great feature is free off street parking for up to 2 cars so no hassle with $$ paid parking at the Footbridge Beach lot! Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided but you will need to supply your own beach chairs and towels.

For the summer season, this is a seven (7) night rental from Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise, we offer this with a 3 night minimum stay. Arrival time is 3PM and checkout is 10AM. This is a smoke free cottage and please, no pets.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our house and rear rental cottage have been in our family for over 50 years. A few years ago my husband I decided to move here permanently and that required us to tear down and rebuild both the house and cottage. We finished our project in late 2025 and are happy to open up the cottage for our new and returning visitors.
