Less than 5 min walk from door to beach!
Full kitchen, large bright living room, 2 bedrooms, and screened in porch. Easily sleeps 5. (Please bring your own linens and towels) Large, private yard with fire pit, picnic table and plenty of parking. Onsite laundry and wifi. Cottage is on the trolley route for easy access to Perkins cove, marginal way and Ogunquit village, shops and restaurants. Ogunquit village is walking distance (One mile). Great location for family vacation!

4 Seaview Ave is a quaint and private little slice of Heaven a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to make this a yearly rental!

Just stayed for a 2nd yr in a row. We love the location of this cottage...quick to the beach and trolley! No frills but has everything a family needs. Would love to see new beds next year

Great location! 2 minute walk to the beach! Clean. Reasonably priced. Host is great and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Great back yard, lots of shade. The only thing that could be better was the mattress. Very hard!

Everything we needed in a fabulous location. If you need updated decor and big bedrooms then this isn't the place for you but if you like clean, comfortable, and close to the beach then don't hesitate! Our family of 5 has stayed in several Footbridge rentals and this is our new favorite.

We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. Great location! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean, and super comfortable beds. Host was great. Nice touches like a filtered water pitcher in the fridge.

Great Location!

Such a great little spot! The location was wonderful. Close to town, within walking distance if you’d like or take a trolley for $5.00. Very short and easy walk to Footbridge Beach. House was all we needed. Lots of nighttime laughter on the back deck playing games. Beautiful kitchen and the shower is 👌🏼 Would certainly stay again.

Great Place

The house is located in a great spot, a (really) short walk to the beach and close to everything you'd want to see or need around town. This was our first trip to Ogunquit and found it a perfect little beach town. Darlene (host) was wonderful to deal with and we'd certainly look to stay here again in the future.
