It slept 8 in Beds, there was a roll away that couldn’t be slept in because it folded in half. The couches sagged. For children it would work. A bathroom door that didn’t close as hinges weren’t fasten. I reported it so I’m sure it’s been fifed. Great pool, great yard!

Great Home for family gathering

We were in Sac to watch our volleyball team play Sacramento state over Thanksgiving so the location was great! We enjoyed the space, large yard with pool and a fully stocked kitchen. It's nicely remodel and clean and close for a quick drive to explore Old Sacramento. Thanks for a great stay!

We paid an extra 400 for additional guests. Door code was not provided an hour prior to checking in as indicated. I reached out & had to have Customer Service intervene. Roll away bed was missing a wheel. Number of towels supplied wasn’t even enough to accommodate 4 guests. Towels were dirty & stained. Master bathroom shower backed up within 1min of running the water (photos provided). When addressed with the host, we were told to use the other shower. A dirty wash rag was left above the guest shower. Dishes were not unloaded from the dishwasher from previous guests. And smelt like mildew. TV’s did not work in all the rooms. Some outlets were sealed off & could not be used. Internet stopped working on the last night. I messaged the host & noticed a message was sent saying that a tech would be entering the property to change out the internet box. We weren’t at the property at the time & it is very inappropriate & invasive to have someone enter the property while all of our personal property was in the home. The new login information wasn’t communicated by the host until I reached out that there was a problem. For the original cost of the property & additional cost we paid was not worth any penny of it! I expect a reasonable refund for our stay. I expressed all of this with the host & did not get a response. Feel free to contact me directly.

This home was just what we were looking for! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with large front living room and family room with a nice open kitchen. Kitchen had everything we needed except for cookie sheets for the oven. It could use another mirror or two around the house as well as we had lots of woman trying to get ready at once. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens. Couches were comfortable. Outdoor space was beautiful with a lovely pool. Neighborhood felt safe with a big park a short walk away. A slight smell in the home, maybe a past smoker. Not too bad once you get used to it but a clean home nonetheless. Updated home. We loved it and highly recommend this home.

The house and yard were spacious and very clean. Unfortunately it is listed as a 2 bathroom house and the shower in the master bath did not drain so it was not usable. We contacted the property owners several times in the 6 days we were there and it was never fixed. I suspect this is an ongoing problem that they don’t want to resolve. Also the outlet in the master bathroom did not work either so we could not even use that bathroom to get ready when we were going out. We contacted them about this issue too.

This is a very nice property with clean rooms, great backyard space including a pool, and a clean and functioning kitchen. The beds were comfortable as were couches, etc. The host was responsive.Some notes to help future travelers: It is listed as sleeping 11, but there are actually beds for 8 plus one sad pull out bed. I found it a little crowded for our group of 11 (9 adults plus 2 children). The rooms are smaller than they look in the picture. Perfect for a group of 6-8The shower in the master has a bad drain leaving 1 truly functioning shower. I had seen this in another review and thought it would be fixed by now, but no.The pool and backyard space are great!Loved that the kitchen was not overstocked as many VRBO are, but had what we needed and was clean.Lots of bedding and towels provided.
