Cozy Comfortable House.

The fully furnished home beautiful in every way. Located in Central Oregon coast ocean views short walk to the beach outlet stores. Casinos in walking distance restaurants exciting place to visit.
Great for families and good for gethers.
There is no hot tub on-site.
You will not be renting the whole house. The very top floor is my personal area. The bottom area is an apartment which is also separate but available, if customer would like to rent for an additional cost

Affordable and Spacious

Really wnjoyed this property. Close to beaches and has a view of the ocean. Was bigger inside than anticipated and was perfect for our family.

Grandkids first beach trip

I was impressed by how nice place was. The bunk beds were great for me to have kids all in one room. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Yard was great for kids to get outside and play. Nice deck area for sitting to watch sunset, or just relax for a bit.; while kids watch TV. Netflix available, DVD player, and desk in living room for computer. Would have been nice to have access to Hot tub for adults. Washer and dryer was great to see available. All in all, I'd rather be in this home, rather than hotel. It's a great fit for small family or couple friends to stay. Lot's fun 😊😊😊

Slippery bath/shower!

On arrival we saw a three storey house, but we only had a one floor apartment, not a full house. Top floor and basement not accessible! Comfortable enough, but kitchen cabinets badly need updated. It really needs a slip mat in the bath/shower. The bath is treacherously slippery! The bath has a add on shower door so you have to step over the side of the bath to get in.

Wish I'd stayed home

At check in time I recieved a message that one of the beds was broken & was currently being fixed. Okay. Two hours past check in it was fixed, and continued to creak throught our stay; beware it may not last. The house was clean & we really appreciated a well equipped kitchen. We could not find sheets for the hide-a-bed. There's also a sign saying you're not to sleep on the couch; don't relax too much! The listing was updated after we reserved to say there isn't a hot tub, which was a major selling point for us. Location was good for walking to the beach and stores. Post checkout, I've been contesting extra cleaning charges that I honestly do not believe apply; we did all, and more, of the cleanup required. This place is not pet friendly! Don't bring a dog, even of you pay for that.

Not quite the view you expect

when looking into this property it had pictures from a 3rd story with a hot tub, and a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we looked & tried figuring out for over an hour how to get up there. Well finally got responds, with hours in between communication it was frustrating. You book this place based on what you see and read and hope to get that…there were ants along the wall in the bedroom, the top kids bunk is absolutely terrible. So terrible in fact that my daughter slept with us in the other room. It was a birthday get a way and I had asked all my questions before hand and before booking. Sad, no accommodations and then get a message after check out “would hate to have to charge you for the twin blanket” … we brought all our own blankets and the smell alone wouldn’t ever purposely take anything from ANY air b n b. But could have gone about it a different way in my opinion when I paid a good amount of money for half of what was told we were getting! Not very happy with this stay…

Comfortable home with great location

We had a nice stay in this home. The beds were comfy and the location close to the beach and near the highlights of the Oregon coast can’t be beat. We had neighbors below but did not hear them. The kitchen had essentials. The washer and dryer worked well and detergent was provided. There was no provided shampoo or body wash, but we brought our own. My kids loved putting together your puzzles. I’d suggest you add a folding stool to the bathroom. The tub/entrance to shower is high and was hard for my youngest child to get into and out of with the sliding door edge so high. Someone with hip mobility issues may struggle. A slip could result in injury on your property. A folding stool would resolve this easily. The checkout requirement of washing and putting away every dish before leaving was challenging for us as we had to hand wash all our breakfast dishes and unload/put away the dishwasher before we could leave. This made our departure slower and challenging. I’ve never had that requirement at any other rental home. If I knew that in advance, I would have brought disposable dishes/utensils. I suggest you send a pre-check in message a few days before as other rental properties did this letting us know codes would eventually come and house rules/check out process. It gave us reassurance knowing we definitely still had a place to stay despite booking months in advance. The stay was nice and we appreciated the comfortable place to call home base for our trip.
