This house is quite lovely inside and out. The patio with table and 6 chairs was put to good use during our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and neighbors are friendly.We had to purchase toilet tissue while there as two rolls for four adults was not enough for our four night stay. Would have appreciated another tall kitchen garbage bag, and a second kitchen drying towel.The host was in contact with us during our stay, explaining that there will be workers on the property, giving the expected time of their arrival.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this lovely home in the future.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property. The house is spacious and very clean. The mattresses are on the firm side. The location is very convenient to everything. The dock was our favorite part. Very serene and you could fish right off the dock.

I was extremely put off by the fact that there was a large construction project going on that was undisclosed until the day of check-in. The right thing to do would’ve been for the host to let us know ahead of time. We rented this place because of the appeal of the outdoor spaces which were completely unavailable due to the project. Came off as dishonest.

This waterfront home with an attractive floor plan makes a great base for family activities. The area was hit with two hurricanes in October; we were impressed with the level of restoration that has been done in 2 months. Mark was very responsive to our questions.

Wonderful home away from home

The house was clean, cozy and big! They have everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Outback is a dock where you can fish or just watch the sun setting. We used their grill and had some family members come over for dinner. All the stores are conveniently nearby. Our flight got in sooner than expected and Mark was so kind to let us in a few hours ahead. We would definitely stay here again.
