Nature Retreat - Dream Cabin in Helen, GA

Come stay at the Helen Nature Retreat. This home was built for a family retreat where multi generations can enjoy time together, get away from the city life, kick back and enjoy nature. It is not a "party house"! Although the home can sleep a number of people, it is a cozy home, not large. (roughly 2,200 square feet) This cabin is conveniently located in Alpine Helen, situated on two wooded acres on the 5th green of Innsbruck Golf Course. Enjoy seasonal sunsets over the peaks of the western mountain views from the wrap around deck. Three levels make this cabin ideal for a cozy get away for 2 or for the whole family.
Main level has master bedroom with king bed, TV, bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and his and her vanity sinks. Upstairs loft has a queen sleeper sofa, a twin futon bed and work station. WiFi connection throughout and a picture perfect view!! There is an additional bedroom with a king bed and full bath that opens to both bedroom and loft with large shower and his and her sinks. Lower level has two bunk beds with full beds on bottom and twin on top (bunks are for children only). Separate bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
This cabin will sleep up to 12 persons, adults and children. There is a pack and play and crib available. This property is less than 1 mile from Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls.

We absolutely loved our stay at this mountain cabin! The location was ideal — just a few minutes from downtown Helen, yet tucked away enough to feel private and quiet. The outdoor patio a favorite and the fire table made for perfect evening. The cabin itself was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck surrounded by trees and ended each night by the fire with a glass of wine. You get the best of both worlds — close to restaurants, shops, and tubing in Helen, but still feel like you’re in your own peaceful retreat.

Great house for kids

Brought our 4 kids, ages 1y - 10y, and they loved playing on the porch and in the game room. Having a bedroom downstairs next to the bunk beds in the game room were perfect for the kids. House was clean, beautiful, and as expected from the listing. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Close to Helen and lots of great hikes nearby! Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 6 adults had a very nice time at this house. Very nice neighborhood with friendly guards and the driveway wasnt intimidating. Would be a great stay with kids also. The beds were also VERY comfortable. We would book again.

Relaxation at it's Best

The house was perfect. There was 7 adults in our group. Everyone had their own space. We able to eat together on the screened in porch and barbecue. Everything was provided for our stay. It was Great experience!

Nice place to stay close to downtown Helen

Roomy and comfortable house set up to accommodate all your needs. House is as advertised with games and fire pits, everything we needed for our family getaway. Wonderful layout that was perfect for our family of 6. The host was great about communication. Only downside was getting out of the driveway, very limited visibility due to the trees….we looked, listened and prayed before pulling out.

Great Cabin. Amazing Location

We had a wonderful weekend trip to Helen, GA. Pam's cabin is fantastic. Best gas grill in any rental property I have ever stayed in. Pam was very attentive. There was a small issue that we noticed the first night and she had a handyman come out to fix it the next day. great experience overall

The property was great. It had a great set up. The porches had a comfortable set up, the screened in patio was wonderful, and the cabin itself was amazing. The owner had movies, a burning pit (outside), air hockey, and basketball (inside and outside). It was a great set-up for me and the children.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay at the Dreamcatcher Cabin in Helen! It was the perfect balance of off the beaten path but still close to the hustle and bustle of the one of the cutest little towns I have ever visited. The home was very roomy with so many great amenities. The kids absolutely loved making smores in the outdoor fire pit and the cabin was pre stocked with wooden skewers for the marshmallows and more firewood than we could have ever needed! We made use of the fireplace inside as well and spent time playing some of the board games that were available. The kitchen even had everything we needed to cook a great meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great family getaway! So many wonderful memories made!

Perfect family weekend getaway

My husband and I try to do a weekend getaway with our kids now that they are grown. It’s hard to find a house that has game tables while also being close to everything and the proper sleeping arrangements. This house gave us everything we desired! Everyone was able to spread out and kick back while also coming together for the competition with all of the fun games, fire pit, back deck and hot tub. They guys enjoyed a round of golf and we all had a great time in downtown Helen. We will definitely come again and stay here! Pam was also quick to reply to any questions a that I had. Perfect weekend!

Cozy cabin and comfortable beds. Loved the large back porch with fire pit & TV. Built fires in the evenings in the outdoor pit and especially enjoyed the hot tub. Very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Pedro was very responsive and available during our visit.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very clean, the host is extremely responsive and the location was very close to the town of Helen. There were 3 families with our children and the game room/bunk room worked perfectly for our kids and the adults felt that we had privacy with the bedrooms being on separate floors. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, and having a fire in the fire pit.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect fall getaway!

This cabin was cozy and the host has went above and beyond to think of any and everything that you could need while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring Helen. Our kids were so sad to leave and are begging to go back!
