This lakefront lot used to have a small cottage and detached garage. The cottage was removed and the garage converted into a quaint studio apartment. This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable. Combine this unique cozy space with the grassy lot and a pebble beach at the lake's edge - and you have a serene retreat.

My wife and I met in the Peace Corps in Nicaragua. We work at the local school and nursing home. We have been enjoying Chautauqua lake together for about 20plus years! Look know you with love it also.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a place to raise our family and bring people together. We live each season to the fullest in Chautauqua county!
What makes this property unique
The pebble beach lakefront, large grass lot, unique captain's bed, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, large hot shower, and ample easy to turn into parking are some of our top features.
