Cute lakefront cottage directly facing Chautauqua Lake with incredible views. This cottage features a lake front deck with grill and deck furniture for eating outside or just relaxing. A back porch faces a private drive with parking for 2 cars. Accommodations can be made for parking a boat trailer. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, one full bath with a tub shower, a living room with ceiling fans and space heater for cooler nights, a dining room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a sun room directly off the front porch with a couch and chairs to enhance your enjoyment of the lake views. Lake Chautauqua is directly out your front door and is perfect for boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing, water skiing and any other water sport you enjoy! A boat dock allows you to bring your own boat or rent one from an area marina just doors away. There is plenty of room on the lawn for corn hole, horse shoes, bocce ball, etc. Great neighborhood, with great neighbors who are very friendly, accommodating and willing to help with anything you need. Fresh bedspreads/duvets and pillows are provided. Guests should bring all bath and beach towels, as well as sheets for: (1) Queen bed and (2) double beds Interaction with guests by phone, text and email anytime, with an emergency contact available nearby. We are happy to make recommendations for restaurants, yoga, coffee shops, water craft rentals that include paddle boards and kayaks!!
