Pines A-104 is centrally located near the base of the mountain, near the grocery stores and right on the free bus rout that will take you to the mountain or downtown Steamboat!
This cozy one bedroom condo comes with everything you need to make this your dream Steamboat Vacation.
Enter the condo just steps from the parking lot with no stairs required to reach the front door. In the entryway you will find a closet to hang all of your gear and a mat for your shoes boots. Off the entryway is the living room and kitchen.
The living room has a beautiful wood burning fire place, new sectional couch, table for two and a flat screen TV with Xfinity cable and streaming services.
Off of the living room is a nice patio with a grill to cook up a great dinner and two chairs to enjoy a beverage in.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and cook all of your favorite meals. Along with two bar seats for additional seating.
Past the living room and kitchen is the bedroom, bathroom and laundry room with a free washer and dryer and laundry detergent provided.
The bedroom has a king size Sleep Number mattress so you are able to get a great nights sleep before a day on the slopes.
After a long day skiing/snowboarding come back to the wood burning fireplace, cozy couch and flat screen TV to relax. Don't forget to enjoy a soak in the community hot tub just steps away from your front door.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Before you leave, we kindly ask that you do the following:
Check out time is 10am.
Remove all trash.
Start dishwasher.
Set thermostats to 65.
Please put all used towels in the bath tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
