If you are looking for a 1 bedroom condo with great amenities and at a price where you have some spending money left over, look no further. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Steamboat. Enter to a living area with gas fireplace, views of the ski area and a comfortable dining table. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a meal or heat up some takeout.

The bedroom is a good size and has a comfortable Queen bed and a view of the ski area out the window. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area as well if you need an extra bed.

The complex has community hot tubs just a quick walk down the path from the condo, perfect for relaxation after a day on the mountain. There is space in the lot for parking 2 cars and the free city bus stop is very nearby for getting you back and forth from the ski area and runs about every 20 minutes during the day. Condo was in a great location to shopping restaurants, and transportation. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day on the mountain. They were also very accommodating on our departure time.

Nice place

Clean, well organized and convenient both to town and the ski area. Hard to find a place in SS convenient and walking distance to mountain and also to town. This is a decent compromise with a beautiful view of the mountain, next to a food market and close to town (1 mile) and walking to a couple simple restaurants.

Steamboat Ski Trip

Condo was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Shuttle to ski area vary convenient. Recommend adding a pizza pan and tea kettle to kitchen.Very Comfortable and convenient stay. I would highly recommned.

Apartament is situated on the second floor in an wood structure ( build with two by studs and floor joist) with plywood sub-floors with minimum phonic insulation from the neighbors above who had two kids running and jumping continuously in between 4PM and 9:30 PM. ATENTION -This was not a pleasant and relaxing experience!!! Especially when you pay half a Grand per night!!Interesting they do not have armchairs.

I am sorry to hear that some other renters in the building disturbed your peace in the evenings. We do not manage the entire condo building, only select condos within it. We do our best to ask neighbors to quiet down and you could have felt free to do so as well if you would have chosen to, I'm sure a friendly knock and smile would have gone a long way. Most guests find the building very quiet, so I am sorry that your stay coincided with this family. We did reach out to them several times through the appropriate channels to let them know they were disturbing you, but ultimately someone making noise is out of our control. All furnishings are in the photos of the condo online. The condo has a couch, dining chairs and barstools. Plenty of seating for 2-4 people. Besides the noise, which was out of our control, it seemed like you enjoyed the rest of the condo and its amenities. We encourage you to reach out next time if youd like to book a condo on an upper level or a townhome where youd be guaranteed not to have anyone above you. Thanks for staying with us in Steamboat.
