Enjoy a fenced backyard with a basketball hoop, cozy bonfire area, BBQ space, and peaceful woods—perfect for kids, pets, and relaxing outdoors. Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, (+1 sleeping space, NO door). Smart TVs (including in bedrooms), a fully stocked kitchen, and an oversized living room TV for movie nights. Outdoor sensor lights and security cameras offer peace of mind.
Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Located less than 2 miles from Hwy 985, just minutes from Lake Lanier, Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, and 12 minutes to the Mall of Georgia. Only 15 minutes to Château Élan and 17 minutes to Michelin Raceway. Local parks, shopping, and scenic mountain farms are also close by.
🐾 One small dog (up to 25 lbs) welcome.

The manager lives down the street. The location is so perfect due to near by shopping, restaurants, Lake Lanier activities, Chateau Elan and Road Atlanta Race. These are some of the few attractions that are families enjoys, and we share everything we know with the guest as well.

Our property is unique because it’s located on a private lot 1.5 acres. The home is completely renovated and has a great modern comfort for your stay. We are slowly improving the outdoor experience for our guests.
