Property was very clean and well maintained. Owner/host was always available for questions and response to our inquiries was always prompt. Property is located close to many great OC attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Having beach access from the private lower level of the condo is priceless!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This is such a lovely home in a wonderful location. We have been coming to OC for almost 40 years and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The property manager was very helpful and check in was a breeze. The accommodations were perfect and our family had the best time

Great place and location

We were very pleased with our stay! The owner would respond right away and he was very accommodating! The place was clean and has nice view of the ocean! Having outdoor shower was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again!

Great house and great location!

This is a great townhouse right on the beach in a great location. We could walk to Seacrets, Dumsers, Mackeys, all the spots on 56th St as well as many other places. The house is updated and very comfy and the owner was very helpful when I had questions. The beach wasn’t very crowded either, which was nice.

Property is ideally located in mid-town. Access to beach from lower level cannot be beat! Unit is well-stocked, beds are comfortable and hot water is plentiful. Owner is super-responsive to questions; don't hesitate to stay here!

Amazing location

Loved being able to see the beach from the porch. The walk back and forth was very easy. The condo was large enough to fit all of us (7 adults). Was able to make breakfast lunch and dinner in the kitchen. (Need to bring some of your own cooking equipment the kitchen is not very well equipped) took the beach bus down to the boardwalk and back in the evenings. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars and shops. Would definitely recommend this location. Thanks Robin!

Great house in the perfect location

We had 7 adults and 2 kids and this house was the perfect size. Right on the beach, only a few minutes walk to tons of shops and restaurants, everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The outdoor shower was a game changer - it was so nice to wash all of the sand off before going into the house! There were beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use and we even had a marriage proposal right in front of the dunes. Robin was so communicative and so nice throughout the entire process. We would definitely rent again!

Ocean City Paradise

Our week at Seal Beach 1 was awesome! The location was perfect! Easy beach access and midtown location made for easy access to everything! The condo was beautiful and stocked with all the items you would need during the week! Can't wait to go back next summer:)

Relaxing Beach Get Away

This Midtown Ocean City property was an excellent find. 30 second walk to the beach from the unit and a personal shed for ocean gear & outdoor shower for rinsing off before entering the unit. The ocean views from the unit are incredible and the unit itself is well maintained and cozy. It was everything you want from a beach vacation and we will definitely be going back!

Great place and location!

We truly enjoyed staying at Seal Beach #1. The location is right in the middle of great restaurants and nightlife. The beach access was very private and therefore there was plenty of room on the beach despite being crowded north and south of us. The unit has everything you need. We had a great vacation!

Clean townhouse on a quieter beach with views

I could look up and down the beach to see how busy it was.... but not right in front of the condo!! The dune crossing a few steps a way is not easily accessed by the general public. This made for a great beach day with plenty of social distancing between beach goers. The view was great. Up stairs we watcher dolphins go by daily. Everything we needed was there and in working order. We even used the boogie boards a couple of times. Robin was easy to work with and very responsive. We were there during a bad storm and she checked in on us to make sure we were ok. COVID note: we did not go out as much as we usually do given the status of SARS2, but where we did go, masks were required and worn, tables were spread apart and In general places were organized. That was a relief. We will stay here again.

The perfect getaway

One of the best rental properties I have been in over the years it was so enjoyable the view ocean stepped out of the back door and you’re right on the beach everything was in walking distance lot of restaurants good food my family and I enjoyed it immensely so much to do with in walking distance I would recommend this place to anybody
