You just can't beat being Oceanfront!

Spacious, updated, light and bright 3- bedroom townhouse with covered parking right right on the beach in mid-town Ocean City. Sip your coffee while watching the sun rise. Step off your private oceanfront deck into the soft, warm sand. No lugging chairs and beach gear across Coastal Highway!

This home boasts fabulous updated kitchen and baths, open kitchen/family room area, ample parking, and 2 spacious outdoor decks with steps that lead right down to the beach!

The home features three large bedrooms: Main-level Master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with step-in shower; Upstairs bedroom #2 has 2 queens and a half-bath, plus 2 large closets and 2 dressers; Upstairs bedroom #3 has a queen and a twin plus a BONUS (bayside) deck for watching the sunset!! Upstairs there is a shared full bath with tub/shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and separate "beverage station" with refrigerator, Keurig, and coffee pot. A full dining area (seating for 6) makes family meals easy. Two barstools at kitchen counter add additional seating for mealtime.

Home also has a stackable but large washer/dryer on main floor (in Master BR), central air conditioning, extra fans, iron/ironing board, 4 TVs, & WiFi. Two cars can be parked under the house. Add'l free parking is available along the alley (perpendicular to the house) and on both 78th & 79th streets. Our summer weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. **We DO NOT rent to Senior Week-ers.**

Our house is professionally cleaned before and after your visit so you can enjoy your vacation in a bright, clean home!

This is a town house — and neighbors are close by. We love our neighbors and we hope all of our guests treat them with kindness and consideration. Many of our annual renters have become good friends with our neighbors, who are year-round residents of Ocean City.

NO Senior Week renters under 25 yrs. of age.

Please see online calendar for availability. Weekly rentals only (i.e., no nightly rentals) during peak season (mid-June through September).

Total rental price will include VRBO fee, 5% Worcester County Room Tax and 6% Maryland Sales Tax.

Please note this is a raised two-level townhouse with many stairs. The main living quarters are the 2nd and 3rd floors of the structure. First floor is owner's private access / storage.

We do not provide linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats, etc.) or beach chairs. There are two local companies who provide these services at a very reasonable cost.

Great family stay

Had a great family vacation. Property was in a great location and check-in was very easy. The year round neighbors that abut the property were also very nice to our 2 year old son, they even gave him a little toy! Would definitely stay again!

The property in general was OK. Mainly felt like the view was what we paid for. House Is OK, Kitchen nice. But definitely needs new carpet on steps as well as bathroom remodeling. Shower in downstairs bedroom was gross. Had to wear sandals. The outside deck was wonderful but extremely unsafe for our 2 year old grandson. Steps inside house also very unsafe for small children. To our Family it was not worth the price we paid.

This townhouse is in a great location with the most amazing, large back deck that overlooks the ocean. You can sunbathe on the deck while watching young children play on the beach. There are tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities nearby. It’s a win-win for all. I’ve already emailed the owner about rebooking for next year.

Great Place

We just came back from renting this property and it was wonderful. Just enough space, (we had 6 adults and 1 child) and the front deck is amazing. It is the best equipped rental that I have ever had, (coffeemaker, Keurig, lots of dishes and pots and pans, crock pot, etc). The neighbors next door were great, and lots of fun. I recommend this highly.

Wonderful Townhouse on Beach = Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhouse. We comfortably fit mixed families with young children and teenagers in this home -- with plenty of privacy for everyone. We had no issue finding a parking spot either for 3 cars (1 is included). The location can't be beat, and makes for lugging things to the beach very simple. The property is super clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation! The owner was very attentive to any questions we had, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous location. It was centrally located in Ocean City and within walking distance to several restaurants. The owners were very hospitable and the neighbors were friendly. Of course, our favorite aspect was the proximity to the beach! The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property for rental. First, the owners are extremely helpful and accomodating which makes the process very easy! The condo is conveniently located to everything, is exceptionally clean and has all the conveniences of home. The newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful. My only recommendation would be replacement of the mattress in the bedroom facing bayside.....it causes you to roll into the middle which makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. This will the place we rent year after year for our Sept family get-away.

Excellent Rental!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better. The deck has plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the view and the path over the dunes is right at the bottom of the stairs. The house is very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't thank Melanie enough for giving me the opportunity of giving my family one of the greatest vacations ever. The townhouse was so homey, clean and everything we wanted and needed. The location of the property is perfect for adults and quiet time and teens to hop on the bus and off to the boardwalk. There was plenty of room for everyone. This is a rare gem - a quiet oceanfront home in a row of privately owned homes, most of which are owned by families that have been friends and acquaintances for decades! We are surrounded by single-family homes & low-rise condominiums, so our little section of town has no crowds and our beach is never crowded!
