About this property

Oceanfront Townhouse, Ocean City Maryland. 3 BR

Families only, no group rentals. Seal Beach# 7 is directly on the ocean and has a great child play area protected from traffic. Kids can play safely while adults relax on the deck. We are within walking distance to several restaurants making it possible to never get back in your car once you arrive. Within driving and walking distance there are multiple shopping areas, resort activities and many eastern shore attractions. Nearby Berlin is a quaint antiques district with a small theater, farmers market, old ice cream parlor and bakery.
Entry to the house is via the carport thru the laundry room on the first floor. There is a full size washer and dryer. Up one flight of stairs to the main level. The main level has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a full bath, as well as the kitchen, living and dining area. There is a large deck overlooking the beach off the living room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a King bed. A large picture window/ sliding door leads to a small deck overlooking the ocean. Perfect to watch the sunrise. The 2nd upstairs bed room has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a deck out the back for afternoon sunning.
You will never be without something to do! You can hear the ocean from the house, and if relaxing is what you want Seal Beach has it. There are no large condos behind us which make the beach less crowded then other areas. A Marina on the bay side makes arrival by boat also possible.

Beyond expectations

Your home was perfect for our family of seven. There was ample space inside. We loved eating at the table on the back deck and appreciate the selection of books for all ages and the fact that the house was not filled with Knick-knacks which we would have had to put up from our two year old. Very clean and super convenient to beach access. We will definitely book again for our next beach trip.

I miss the sound of the waves!

My family and I go every year and we have yet to treat ourselves by getting a house right on the beach. Which we did not regret! It was super convenient to walk from the beach and back. My kids were able to play in the sand while us adults watched them from the balcony while soaking up the sun. We were close to all the great spots for entertainment and food. I did text Debbie a few time when I first arrived and she had no problem at all with me texting her. There was a screen door broken but she said she would go right over to fix it. Just super nice. My family and I were able to enjoy and relax. I was able to hear the waves at night from the bedroom. Missing the sound of the waves, but we will be back soon!

Great location in relation to the beach and area attractions.

Seal Beach 7 was excellent. Very clean and spacious. Traveled with 3 adults and 5 children ages 5-15 and everyone had plenty of space. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Could walk to most restaurants and attractions yet very private and quiet setting in the condo. Owners were very friendly and responded quickly to all inquiries. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

A great place to stay

We had a great vacation here. It's just over the dune to the beach and far enough off the main street to be quiet. My wife loved hearing the ocean at night, reading on the decks and the kitchen had enough pans, dishes, etc. that we were never low. The Wifi connection worked well for me. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby and we tried several, but avoid Yang's Garden. The owner was pleasant and easy to contact via e-mail and phone. We look forward to returning for another vacation.
