This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a bunk room sleeps 10 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and patio access. The second master has another King bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A bunk room has twin bunk beds built into the wall near the hall bathroom with a barn door for privacy. The living room also consist of a brand new sleeper sofa. A fully stocked kitchen has all your cooking needs with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glasses.

Laketown Wharf is the premier family destination in Panama City Beach. With 5 pools, a putting green, a fitness center, and a short walk across the street to the beach, this community has everything! Parking and wristbands are $120.35/reservation payable at the front desk at check-in. The condo is within walking distance from Ripley's Believe it or Not, WonderWorks amusement park, Coconut Creek family fun park, and Signal Hill golf course, and a short drive to Cobra Adventure Park and Zoo World, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Pier Park is 6 miles away as well for great shopping and additional fun activities.

Check in was super easy, and so was checkout. I thought communication was good, but when we asked about toilet paper, we never got an update lol. Just bring your own toilet paper if you’re staying for a bit. One of the trash cans was a little…. dirty, but overall pretty good stay!

2024 birthday weekend

Everything was wonderful. The condo was very beautiful. We walked in and was at home. Everything was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. Will recommend to anyone. See yall next year.

Vacation Stay

We had a great time spending with the kids and their friend. The stay started out a little rocky. I contacted the property manager and it was immediately taken care of. Customer service go a lot further today than many think of. All I had to do was send a quick email and i was contacted immediately. Great stay and I will recommend Clearwater management to everyone. Great customer care and service.

Perfect family condo

We had a great time at this condo. The location is great with Walmart right behind and Pineapple Willy’s and the beach across the street. Having three bathrooms was great for our group. The elevators are extremely slow but this unit was on the fourth floor so we were able to take the stairs down. The parking garage has a connecting walkway from the fourth level so we didn’t have to go up stairs. With it being such a large building my biggest suggestion is to take a wagon to help get everything to and from the car. Communication with management was extremely quick No hassles. Would definitely recommend.

It was nice the code to the door wasn't needed the front door didnt lock anybody could just walk in, and also i don't think that u should keep them pineapple willy cups in there for them to be reused. . I know they clorax them but i saw one with red lip stick on it.

Good but could be better

We came down with our daughters and their seeet little families. We really enjoyed our time with them and had plenty of room in our condo. A few minor things could make it better, fridge needs to be replaced and the dryer.glass doors on balcony needed to be cleaned. Carpet also needs to be cleaned. One of the bedrooms had a full/ queen which is small for adults. The complex needs some attentionas well, fresh paint and more elevators. They are very slow and not enoughfor the size of the complex. Additional parking passes should be available, we had to have 3 vehiclesand had to park one down the road at a public parkinglot appox. 3 blocks away. We would definitelystay here again. Our contact, John was wonderful.
