The space
One-of-a-kind stay in the beautiful forest of Northeast Ohio. The home sits on the back of the property and overlooks a creek and tree filled ravine in 100 year old Sand Run Metro Park. Centrally located just minutes from grocery stores, dining, shopping, highway access, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Simple midcentury design lets the natural landscape shine through. Huge windows, 2 decks, and a back patio make it easy to enjoy the spectacular view. Walk straight from the living room and primary bedroom onto the huge upper deck spanning the entire north side of the house. The property is sprayed with an all natural bug deterrent every three weeks - yes, that means absolutely NO mosquitos or ticks while you enjoy the outdoors!

Amazing lower level entertainment room with huge couch, Roku TV, wet bar with mini fridge, popcorn microwave, wood burning fireplace with gas starter, and eat in counter behind couch. Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage and one locked supply closet. There is enough space for 8 cars to park in the driveway.
Other things to note
***Please note this property has a large and deep ravine along the north side of the house that could be dangerous to small children or those with limited mobility. Babies and young children must be supervised at all times while outside or on upper deck.

***Please note this property may not be a good option for guests with limited mobility. You must be able to use stairs both up and down to enter the home. The property is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
