This lakehouse is located on a private point on the Cobbossee Lake with impressive lake views stretching 9 miles! The lake is nationally recognized as one of the top bass-fishing lakes in America! This lovely home has an open concept floor plan with high ceilings and large windows. The sunrise and sunset will not dissapoint! The first floor has a nice large kitchen, two bedrooms, each one with a queen sized bed, a full bath, and a washing machine and dryer. The second floor overlooks the first floor and has three twin sized beds, a full sized futon, and a half bathroom. The house has a wrap around deck perfect for grilling and entertaining! If you own a boat, bring that too because we have a dock! The public ramp is nearby and the Lakeshore Marina is steps away to fuel up your boat. The lakehouse is also conveniently located near many supermarkets, shopping centers, and restaurants. We are not far from downtown Winthrop, Hallowell, Manchester, and Augusta. Come and enjoy this magnificent property!
