Settle Into Your Space The open-concept kitchen sets the tone right away, with granite countertops, updated appliances, and generous cabinetry that makes everything from a quick breakfast to a full home-cooked meal feel completely natural. The living area invites you to exhale — plush leather seating, warm recessed and pendant lighting, and a 65-inch Smart Roku TV create the kind of atmosphere where evenings disappear pleasantly.
Rest the Way You Deserve The bedrooms are designed with genuine rest in mind. Sink into queen beds dressed with pillow-top mattresses and fresh linens, and fall asleep to your favorite show on the wall-mounted Roku TV. Two well-appointed full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly, whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a group.

When you're ready to venture out, Raleigh's best is remarkably close. Duke Raleigh Hospital is just minutes away — a reassuring convenience for medical visitors, patients' families, and healthcare professionals alike. Catch a concert or a game at the Lenovo Center, indulge in the upscale dining and shopping of North Hills, or spend an evening in Glenwood South — Raleigh's premier gathering place for nightlife, dining, and good energy at every turn. And with I-440 and I-540 nearby, the rest of the city is always within easy reach.

This was our 4th year staying at this property and as always, everything was perfect. The owners of the property are extremely nice and the neighborhood is quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend anyone needing a vacation home when visiting Raleigh to stay here.
The house was in a good location and receiving replies from the property owners were quick. The beds were extremely comfortable. I just wish there was a blender and more than one trash bag.
Plenty of room for several weeks stay. Owner was responsive about issues. Close to both freeways to get around Raleigh. Shopping and restaurants easy drive.
Overall an amazing stay! The hosts were very communicative, property was beautiful, and they even accommodated my fiancé and I to check in a little early after a 15 hour drive. Thank you so much!
A true home away from home with everything we needed and nothing more. No clutter or unnecessary accessories. Everything was nice and neat.Host communication was excellent. Nice, quiet neighborhood near everything. I would definitely stay time after time!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Well appointed house. Beds and bedding are wonderful. Living area is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need.
This house was great for 4 adults. It was very clean and well outfitted. Quiet neighborhood. The owner responded quickly to the one small issue we had. The beds are comfortable if a bit squeaky. Great deal for the price and location.
The house was the perfect size for our family gathering of 3. It was very clean. We liked that it was newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The home is located in an old neighborhood and the outside of the house is deceiving as to what you get inside the house. There is a nice deck but we did not sit outside due to a barking dog next door. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again.
The property was spacious and comfortable along with very well picked up and clean. My family came in from out-of-state to help my daughter renovate her kitchen. She lives only four minutes from this property so it was very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating with some extra towels. There also quite a few snacks and bottled water available when we arrived. We would definitely utilize the space again.
This townhouse was exactly what my family needed for a 5 day stay in the Raleigh area. We were visiting someone in Wake Forest but also spent time in downtown Raleigh, so the house was a great center point for the whole week. Everything was as described in the listing, and the hosts thought of nearly every accommodation someone might need -- dishes, dishwasher tabs, plenty of towels and wash cloths, tons of pillows that were actually comfortable, soap and shampoo, and even dark colored wash clothes for makeup removal. The hosts were communicative and easy to reach, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. This was probably one of the easiest stays I've had in a short term rental, and my family and I would gladly stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the Raleigh area in the future.
Overall property was in good condition. Owners provided eveything needed except washer and dryer which i think they mentioned it.
Kitchen has almost everything needed. There is a deck with furniture where you can sit and enjoy sun. Only problem is the neighbor has a dog and it keeps barking.
Other issue there were few bugs here and there so cleaners need to do better job.
My husband and I along with our three girls were in town to work a multi-day festival with our mobile business- we have stayed at many homes while traveling and we’ve never been to one that has provided so many little things that make such a big difference to us. I usually have to pack dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. coincidentally we had to rush out of our house and I didn’t bring any of those things but they were all provided here. Coffee, some snacks and even water was provided! It was so much appreciated. Very easy check in, very clean home, great setup and space and incredible communication from owners when needed! It’s also located near stores, restaurants. etc. Great stay!
Nice house in a quiet location close to lots of shopping and activities. Only 5 minutes from the convention I was attending. I would definitely stay here again. The porch was also a great place to sit and chill. We watched a bunch of squirrels and a rabbit who weren't afraid at all come right up to the porch. The area is really quiet.
Couple of heads up for those looking to stay.
- the beds are noisy. Like really loud. I startled myself awake a few times from rolling over. They are VERY comfortable, but noisy.
- the toilet paper is probably the thinnest I've ever seen, so just bring a roll of whatever you prefer. I wouldn't let it keep me from staying here, but it's nice to know ahead of time.
Bath towels, hand towels and washclothes are all nice and thick, as well as the paper towels.
Communication was slow, but my question wasn't urgent, and I could have called instead of sending a message if it had been really important.
This place is definitely worth the price.
I'd definitely stay here again. Property is clean, and cozy. The only drawback was a neighbor letting their dog run free through the backyards as there is no fence. Other than that the property is great!
