Welcome to our chic and modern hideaway, just minutes from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and North Park.
Come stay in the serene neighborhood of Southcrest. Located just outside downtown San Diego, this modern stay is conveniently located, making it perfect for a quiet, accessible space. This one bedroom property Includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, TV (with Chromecast), high speed WiFi and a comfy Queen sized bed.
We are just minutes away if anything is needed, but will give you all the space you deserve!
The location of this Airbnb is super convenient as it is right next to a large shopping center, pharmacy, laundromat, and many places to eat! Our guests love walking to the store for any quick needs and grabbing food at the local shops!
You'll have the entire place to yourselves!
The entire unit is newly renovated with new appliances, countertops, cabinets, and flooring. The furnishings provide a very modern and clean feel while still providing maximum comfort. The living room chairs recline and include cupholders in the center. The tile in the shower is newly renovated as well with sliding glass doors and large showerhead. There is an air conditioning/heating unit in the living room that is remote controlled. The space includes all the amenities you could need.
Plenty of street parking right outside of apartment!
