Good parking. Host checked on us often. Very comfy and homey feeling. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Grocery store and variety of restaurants nearby, and also ice cream shops. Very safe neighborhood.

Fabulous location! Very walkable and safe feeling neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Quiet location, set back from the street with helpful designated parking spot. Enjoyable outdoor space and comfortable bed & furnishings made the extended stay a true delight!

Quiet clean stand alone house was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the private patio in back. Mattress was comfortable. The off street parking was great because parking on the street was tough to come by. Great places for breakfast and dinner were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This place was just like the listing in the pictures. The neighborhood is lively and the car port was very necessary. Debbie, the manager was very friendly and easy to get a hold off.

Comfy bed, great blackout blinds, dark and cool bedroom. Smart tv and comfy couch for relaxing, and a really good shower too. Loved the little cookie shop around the corner and visited several great coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was an ideal place to rest, eat and sleep after our busy days out and about in San Diego.

We stayed for a week while helping care for our granddaughter who is in Rady Children's Hospital. The place was indeed spacious and clean and was a great getaway at the end of the day. The amenities were very good, including a new toaster and coffee pot that our host provided by next day Amazon to replace the ones which were not working.The neighborhood has a nice selection of restaurants and shops. There is a Von's just 3 minutes away that proved to be very convenient. Freeway access is quick and easy with simple connections all around San Diego.The only rough spot was our arrival. The battery in the electronic lock had failed and it took a while to connect with the host in order to get access to the lockbox with the key. Once that was fixed the rest of the trip was very smooth.We would definitely stay here again when we come back to San Diego.

Our stay was great nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with the TV but that could have been operator error.

The location was excellent and there were many places to eat, drink and be merry within walking distance. The house was quiet, clean and even had a washer and dryer in the laundry room.....what a big plus. Besides the usual plates ,cups and dishes there was blenders, baking essentials and an instant on water kettle. A lot of thought has been put into the residence to make it a comfortable stay. I did cuss out the TV remote to get that to work but after changing the batteries our relationship greatly improved.

nice place to stay

The house was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, I very rarely heard any outside noise during the night. It's in a great location too, there are many good restaurants and coffee shops within a 15 minute walking radius.

House in looks and condition, was as shown! Such a wonderful and inviting place to walk into. Loved the space from the inside to the outside seating area. Fully appreciated the 1 parking space. The location is unmatched. Down the block from the event I was going to as well as so many restaurants and bars.

Welcoming and Comfortable

We loved this retreat! It felt so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we opened the door. It is nicely decorated and VERY clean! Nice location to walk to a variety or restaurants, bars and the best ice cream ever - all located on Adams Ave. Easy to Uber to all the fun places in San Diego.
