Great location in North Park. There was plenty of street parking during our whole stay. The air conditioner worked well but only really cooled the living room and kitchen area but there were fans in the bedrooms so it wasn’t a big deal since April is pretty cool in the evenings. We did have issues with the WiFi disconnecting from the TV constantly so that was pretty frustrating. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot!

Andre was a very considerate host. When we entered the home we found a bottle of wine for us and bottled water in the fridge. A friend and colleague and I stayed for a week for a conference, so that we needed not only a place to stay, but also to work together and have some privacy at the same time.Andre's bungalow provided all of that: it is very comfortable, easy to share, has all the amenities you could want - and all of that in the heart of North Park, walking distance to e.g. Santos Coffee and Grand Ole BBQ, to name two of my favorites.Andre himself was very open, helpful and responded promptly to all requests.I can warmly recommend his place!
