A wonderful home close to everything fun!

Our family stayed here (group of 13) and we found this house to be a great getaway! Close to Boyne and Boyne City yet private with a great view of the lake. Plenty of space to spread out and many fun memories made here! We would definitely stay here again! The host was SO great with communication the whole time!

Overall a fantastic stay

Great house! Spacious, well-equipped, and close to Boyne Mountain. The only downsides were a cold basement, a faulty coffee machine, and the need for supplemental sleeping arrangements to accommodate 20 people. But overall, a fantastic stay!

Boyne vacation

The house is amazing clean a lot of room . We did allot of outdoor activities big bag yard area. Close for doing touring of near bye cities. Highly recommended the house. Very accommodating and the owner easy to work with.

We believe this is not a fair review of our home. We typically check in with the guest after first night. John mentioned that we do not have tupperware for leftovers, not enough bowels, and he prefer dressers than walk-in closets. He also mentioned that the grill was not cleaned properly. We offered to buy a new set of tupperware, bowels and deliver to him right away. We also offered to come over and clean the grill. But he refused.

Excellent home!

This home was perfect for a friends retreat! There were plenty of comfy beds and the two living rooms were great to divide into solitude vs social. The outdoor furniture was nice to relax in while it was sunny and the floor to ceiling windows in the great room were beautiful to watch the rain. The only complaint we had was the heat/air. The main level was a comfortable temp, but upstairs was uncomfortably hot and the basement was refrigerator cold. All in all though it was an excellent space.

40th anniversary family get together

What a great place to get away from everything. The home was spacious enough that all 3 families staying here had their own space. With children of all ages, it worked out fantastically. There was a large gathering space indoors and several outdoors. We felt we were in the middle of all the attractions that we wanted to see within short distances. It went way too fast. When we had a question about the home, a response was received quickly. Great vacation home.
