A cozy, clean and updated apartment in downtown Vancouver. Was perfect for my stay. It is in downtown so can be noisy on weekend nights due to bars and restaurants on the block. But it was exactly what I needed for my stay.

BEFORE YOU RENT THIS PROPERTY: It is located nearly above a busy night club called "Six Shooter". This area of town is hopping late at night. The windows could not be open due to the noise on the street. People screaming and being really loud. Cars and motorcycles with loud exhaust, and a lot of tire burn outs just below our bedroom window. In the morning the plane traffic and nearly constant city bus traffic (right below the windows) made this a challenging location to say the least. Cute apartment, great location, however the noise and commotion on the street is very high and should have been disclosed in the listing. Take a look at the street view of Google maps prior to booking. If you like to party until 2:30 AM your in luck, otherwise you'll be up until 2:30 Am listening to absolute chaos on the street below your pillow. Sorry, if you like to sleep and get rest would not recommend.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was much smaller than I anticipated. Also the stairway from the street to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Not necessarily something the owners have control over, but you should be aware that it was quite shocking. The inside of the apartment was relatively clean however the bathroom needed some extra attention as there was hair in the sink and in the shower when I arrived. It is loud at night because of its location to the street but the host provided earplugs and it was not too bad. The sofa is extremely small and not very comfortable. The bed feels like a full-size instead of a queen, but very comfortable. All in all a good experience and I would stay again. The hosts were very friendly and apologetic when I brought the cleanliness to their attention.

Great location

Cute place, well equipped. Very noisy. Whole street was under construction right outside of bedroom. Neighbor very noisy. Earplugs were provided which was nice.
