Cute property! Plenty of room (more than a hotel). Comfy bed. Great location for my daughter's BB tournament which had games in Carthage and Joplin. Easy on/off Hwy. Host was responsive in communicating. Would stay again if in the area.

It was a lovely little spot to stay with our dogs. Having the yard made it super convenient. Everything was very comfortable and pictures were accurate. Check in and check out was easy and directions were clear. Tips about local businesses were also very nice. Overall great stay with a very communicative host.

Here are some suggestions- Toilet: A curtain to separate it from the bathroom would be nice.- AC / Heat light: The Temperature light at night is bright and disruptive. A darkening sticker would be appreciate.- Ice Cube tray(s) would be nice.- Outlet plugs above the bed: They are useless but I'd suggest to use a flat extension cord to go under the bed and use it to plug the 2 side lamps. This would free the side outlets to have more than one on each side.- Hangers: more than two would be nice.- Parking explanation could use a map.We loved:ColorsComfort / beddingShowerLocationSecurity / check-in and explanations

Webb City visit

Overall the room was quaint with a nice retro feel. The air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Downside was the dirty windowsills, the dirty shower and the toaster oven or whatever the microwave substitute appliance was had some pretty nasty grunge on it. The refrigerator was great as long as you like all of your food frozen and it really bothered me that there was no window that I could look out of due to the opaque film over them.

This studio has the PERFECT location for anything you'd like to do in the Webb City or Joplin area. Just a couple of minutes off of where highways171 and 49 meet, this home is right across the street from King Jack Park and the statue of the praying hands. Within a 10-15 minute drive, every type of food or coffee option is available. Don't even get us started on the antique shopping options!

In the opposite direction, the historic and trendy downtown Webb City has so much to offer. Boutiques, food options, coffee and even a historic theater all line Main Street just a few blocks north of this house.

And not even a 10 minute drive away you'll find the legendary 66 Drive-In Theater. From March to October this iconic drive-in theater plays a double feature every weekend for super affordable prices.
