Excellent Experience!!

This place is quirky, comfy, and affordable! We have two teenage sons and they loved this place! We didn’t have to contact anyone about problems or questions the whole trip! Everything works and has plenty of explanations! Highly recommend!

Our stay was fun filled and comfortable. We come out every year for the funny car chaos at Mo kan and we had previously stayed in the caboose and loved it so we decided to try the passenger car this time and it was super cozy and absolutely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed.

Great stay with our little train enthusiasts!

We had a blast staying in this rental! The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, and we appreciated the kitchen and extra bathroom. Our kids are already asking when we can come back!

Perfect for a ladies getaway!

We had such a great time! Bathroom and a half, plenty of seating and comfortable beds! Kitchen was well stocked, too! We're already talking about going back!

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was a quiet location yet still close enough to everything in Joplin. Very well equipped with everything needed and everything was conveniently labeled. Plenty of room for 4 adults and having 2 bathrooms was very nice. Definitely recommend for a great experience!

Absolutely adorable place! Far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful but also close enough to amenities to not have to drive a long way. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to revisit soon

Cool Place to Stay

We were in town for a baseball tourney. Though it was only one room, it seemed spacious and plenty of room for 3 teenagers and 1 adult. The property was clean and cool.
