Our stay was great. The unit was exactly as pictured and the host made us feel very welcome. The little things like soap in the bathrooms, a couple extra trash bags and other supplies is so nice to have. The back patio was clean and comfortable.

The whole place was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Family friendly and close to the beaches. My son loved the pool and the options of board games were a plenty in this place. Great unwinding on the screened in porch. Plenty of supplies which is always great.

Amelia Landings is a very private community, centrally located within Amelia Island. Only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from downtown and most dining options. Quiet and safe. A true slice of heaven to disconnect. A1A Vacation Rentals manages the rental of the property and they are truly excellent. Timely communication at all times and effortless check in process. Highly recommend.
