Very pleased!

Loved the neighborhood and loved that it was pet friendly. Condo was clean and had a good view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great room and clean and view of ocean from our room and close to beach with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella be sure to get there by 7 for good view of ocean. Realjoy checked in to be sure all was good and it was. We will definitely use them and Vrbo again.

Great location, comfortable stay & priced great!

Had a great stay! Easy check-in, fantastic location - great beach access. LOVED the umbrella/chair beach service. 5 minute walk from room to the shoreline. Quiet at night, liked having 2 bathrooms (1 shower). Kitchen was well stocked. Condo had a good and simple layout. Very comfortable room and AC worked well, too.

Just a few minutes walk to a private beach. You ask the guys at the beach if your room includes the chairs and umbrella.

The bathrooms were dirty. Long black hair everywhere. Floors looked like they have not been washed in along time. Furniture was really in poor quality- old and worn out.Also, no blow dryer. I had to buy one.

I’m very sorry your stay was disrupted by the dryer not working, the broken sofa bed, and the vent with exposed wiring in the master bedroom — these issues should have been resolved before your arrival. We’ve notified our maintenance and housekeeping teams and prioritized repairs: a technician will address the dryer, the sofa bed will be repaired or replaced, and an electrician will secure the vent wiring to ensure it’s safe. We’re also reviewing our pre-arrival inspection process so these items aren’t missed going forward. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance so we can provide the experience you expected.

The property is dated and in need of an update. There were several hairs on the wall of the shower off the hallway and on the floor in the master bath. Seven vertical panels were missing on the vertical blinds of the sliding glass door. There were several places that needed caulking like the countertops in the bathroom, in the hall shower and along baseboards in certain places. This is not a 5 star condo as advertised. I don’t know how it had a rating of over 9. I would rate it between a 6 to 7. The complex, Maravilla was landscaped beautifully but it is an older complex. While I’m sure there are some condos that are updated and clean this was not one of them.

Great Location! The pictures of the place were accurate. The King size bed needs a new mattress. Would not recommend staying there until it is replaced. Otherwise our stay was very good.
